Individualised and person-centred treatment is offered to adults who are willing to work towards their long term goals. Psychology sessions are provided on a medium to long-term basis (either fortnightly or weekly). Angela is experienced in a variety of psychological frameworks and she will work with you to provide you with an appropriate psychological approach depending on your individual needs.
